Everyone is looking for that horse with heart, who wants to build a partnership. Kat is that horse.

After retiring sound from racing in 2022, Kat has spent time competing successfully in low-level eventing and, most recently, carried an adult amateur around the .90m jumpers. When Stephen’s personal competition horse was briefly sidelined, he hopped on Kat and had an absolute blast eventing her Beginner Novice.

She has plenty of competitive fire under saddle, but on the ground she’s sweet, straightforward, and easy to have in the barn. She loads, clips, stands for the farrier, hacks alone or in company, and happily lives out with other mares.

Kat would be a fantastic match for a confident junior, young rider, Pony Clubber, or adult amateur looking for a horse with a sweet personality, plenty of try, and a huge heart.
